“Just because it’s different, doesn’t mean it’s bad”
A collaboration with students at Lindängsskolan and Framtiden, 2010.
Art in school was initiated by Konstfrämjandet Skåne.
The work was shown at Galleri S:t Gertrud, Konstfrämjandet Skåne.
The 14-year-old students had to come up with ideas about what kinds of things recent immigrants would want to know about the neighborhood and about Sweden. They worked together with the new immigrants to make several series of instructional images and to overcome language barriers.
By the end of the semester we celebrated Christmas break with a Big mot luck party.
The works were exhibited at Konstfrämjandet Skåne
